As a voluntary organisation we do our best to sort through the mountains of e-mails, but if you don't get a reply please write again, it could be that we've just missed some genuine mails amongst mountains of junk ;-)

The free open-source Web BrowserPages of the Cumbria Scouts' Website have been checked for readability and display using the fully HTML compatible Firefox browser from the Mozilla project. "Firefox is a free, open-source web browser for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X and is based on the Mozilla codebase. It is small, fast and easy to use, and offers many advantages over Internet Explorer, such as the ability to block pop-up windows. Read more about the browser at the Firefox Product Page." |

E-Mail to the CumbriaScouts site is directed through the contacts listed above. In that way if the person moves appointments, or changes their e-mail provider, the mail can simply be re-directed to the new holder of that position or the new ISP address. Headed notepaper, promotional material, directories, etc don't have to change.
Incoming mail is dealt with in two main ways.
