This is the youngest section of the Scout movement.
Beaver Scouts meet with others in Colonies which are usually part of Scout Groups.
They are often divided into small groups called lodges, named after the house that the beaver animal lives in. These smaller groups make it easy for you to settle in and make friends
Now if you hear that Silver Beaver or Oak or even Sunny Beaver are about its probably that your Colony has chosen Colours, trees or Weather for their Leader's names you'll soon get used to them
The Colony Leader will have a plan of activities (games and things to do) which help you learn about your surroundings, the people you meet, and how things work. You'll have fun learning new skills, games, songs and crafts.
You will probably go on some outings and may even take part in a sleepover
